Effective Date: May 23, 2026
This policy applies to all purchases made on aspiredwebsites.com or invoiced by Aspired Websites LLC. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Maintenance subscriptions
First-month satisfaction guarantee
If your first month of maintenance doesn’t deliver value you can see, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we’ll refund that first month in full. This applies to your initial signup only, not to plan upgrades or downgrades.
Cancel anytime
Open your client portal, go to Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription, and confirm. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period — you keep access to everything you paid for, but you won’t be charged again.
No partial refunds for the current period
Outside the first-month guarantee, we don’t refund the unused portion of the current month once it has begun. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you keep service through day 30; what you paid for the month stays with us. The work for that period is already planned, scheduled, and partially executed by the time you cancel — audits, content drafts, post schedules — and those don’t pause mid-cycle.
2. Social Media subscriptions
Cancel anytime. Same flow as maintenance. Social marketing typically takes 60–90 days to show measurable results, so we don’t offer a first-month guarantee on social plans — but you can cancel whenever, no questions asked, and your remaining time on the current month is yours to use.
3. Annual Hosting
Cancel anytime to stop renewal. Same flow as subscriptions. Your hosting stays active until your annual renewal date.
No partial refunds. Annual hosting is paid upfront and consumed across the year. Cancelling stops future renewals, but the current year’s fee is not refunded.
4. Website Builds
Website builds are paid in milestones — typically a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. Refund treatment depends on which milestone you’re at:
Deposit (paid before work begins)
Refundable in full for 7 days from payment, OR until the kickoff call happens, whichever comes first. After kickoff, the deposit is earned and non-refundable.
Mid-project payments
Refundable on a pro-rata basis for work not yet delivered. We’ll send you a written accounting of what’s been completed, what remains, and the refund amount. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Final payment (paid at launch)
Once your site has launched, we don’t issue refunds on completed work. What we DO offer instead is our fix-it commitment: anything we built that doesn’t work as agreed gets fixed at no charge — for the lifetime of your maintenance plan if you’re on one, or for 90 days after launch if you’re not. We’ve never had a project we couldn’t make right, and we plan to keep it that way. In the rare case that an issue can’t be resolved despite our good-faith efforts, we’ll work with you on a credit toward future work — refund is the last resort after we’ve genuinely tried to fix.
5. Add-ons & One-time fees
Out-of-scope work. Hourly fees ($85/hr) are billed after work is completed and are non-refundable once delivered.
Domain registration. Non-refundable. Registry fees are paid upfront to ICANN-accredited registrars and we don’t recover those if you cancel.
Hosting move-over fee. Non-refundable once the migration begins.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend service while the dispute is resolved. Reach out first — we’re easier to talk to than your bank.
7. How to request a refund
Email zachery@aspiredwebsites.com with:
- Your account email
- The charge date and amount
- A short description of why you’re requesting the refund
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds process via your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
8. Disputes
Aspired Websites LLC is registered in Atlanta, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgia law, and any disputes that can’t be resolved between us will be handled in the state or federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia, regardless of where you are located.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent change. Existing subscriptions and in-progress builds are governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
